Director of Rehabilitation

We are currently seeking a professional, licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for our Director of Rehab position. This supervisory role would also require home health patient visits. If you are friendly, have a positive attitude, and are genuinely compassionate about helping others, then this is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of homebound patients and their families.

Our home healthcare agency services across all counties of the Bay Area and we have a current need for a Director of Rehab PT who is eager and able to work across multiple territories as needed. We provide a comprehensive care program to each of our patients. To our staff, we offer flexible schedules, a friendly and professional environment, and a true team approach to healthcare.

Applicants with previous home health or hospice experience, and at least 2 years of licensed Physical Therapist experience are preferred. Supervisory experience is required.
