Hospice by Blize Healthcare is seeking Hospice Liaison that is a top producer with a book of established Hospice Referral Sources.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing Hospice referrals in their established market, be motivated to succeed, and driven by quality and compassionate care. We are looking for a Liaison that is driven by that next referral, and we will reward you for your success with a top notch Hospice Team to take care of your referrals, and referral sources.If you average 15-20 Hospice referrals per month, then we want to talk to you.
