Medicare Certified

For qualified beneficiaries, Medicare pays 100% of allowable charges from Blize Healthcare. This means qualifying patients with Medicare pay nothing out of pocket for the skilled health services of Blize Healthcare. No deductible payments and no co-pays.

To qualify for skilled home health care, you first must need nursing or therapy at home due to a recent injury, illness, or change in a chronic condition. You’ll need to be evaluated by a physician who can certify home health.

Additionally, insurances require that patients receiving skilled home health care meet homebound criteria, which simply means that leaving the home requires a taxing effort and a patient therefore leaves the home infrequently. People can be temporarily homebound due to their current medical condition. Most importantly, your doctor must authorize your plan of care.

For those who do not meet the criteria above and need assistance at home, they can still receive home care in the form of our Private Duty Homecare.
